During the holiday season, gift recipients can return or exchange their gift throughout the month of January.
We will revert to our 14 day return policy on February 1st, so be sure to let them know they have till the end of the month.
The gift recipient will need to create an account on our site, then reach out via email or through the chat feature on the site.
They will need the original order number, and can exchange the item or return it and receive store credit to their account.
