- Sales of most clothing items have a free 14 day return policy (from date of delivery), provided they are returned in new condition, have not been washed, worn, soiled in any way (stains or scents), and have all tags still attached. Items not returned in the afforementioned condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Hard goods are not eligible for free returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping the unwanted item back to us and will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost (if applicable). If a product arrives damaged we will replace the item free of charge, provided we can verify the damage (take a picture before you discard it).
- Some items that would normally qualify for free returns are final sale, and not eligible for returns. This information will be stated in the Product Overview on the individual product page.
- Clearance/Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Pre-Order items are final sale. We will honor size exchanges only and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and subsequent new shipping charges for the replacement size.
- Please DO NOT return any merchandise to any NASA gift shop location. To request a return, refund, or exchange, please log into your account here, locate the order, and click the "Return Items?" link. Please be prepared to send photo evidence of damage, incorrect items, packing lists, or the packaging upon request.
- We reserve the right to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with above terms. Please note we can only grant exchanges once.

Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.
