We have noticed a high number of delayed and missing packages with certain couriers. When you're selecting your shipping method, please be sure to click the Show More link. This will display the rating of each available courier. We do not recommend couriers rated less than 4 out of 5. We know this results in a more expensive shipping charge, but the alternative is having your package delayed by 3 months in some cases. Our personal courier recommendation is UPS as they are by far the most reliable, seconded by DHL. We want to assure you that we do not upcharge on shipping fees, so the price you pay for shipping is passed directly to the courier.
