Help, My Package Hasn't Arrived!

First and foremost, don't panic, we've got you covered!
All of our shipments are insured in case something like this happens.

Our insurance provider requires us to give packages specific amounts of transit time, depending on destination. (Typicall no more than 8-10 week for international, and 12-14 days for domestic).
Once that time has elapsed, we can file the claim and email you a link to an online affidavit that we need you to complete.
The affidavit simply states that you did not receive the package.
Once the affidavit is completed, you will have the option to receive a replacement, or a refund, it's your choice.
